Programa de Formación Científica de Grado. Etapa 1: Relevamiento de plazas de laboratorio disponibles para estudiantes de grado

Buen día, el mensaje que pegamos abajo incluye información acerca del "Programa de Formación Científica para estudiantes de Grado" que la Facultad está comenzando a implementar. La primera etapa del programa consiste en el relevamiento de los tutores/laboratorios con plazas disponibles para recibir estudiantes. Por eso, en el mismo mensaje que les enviamos van a encontrar un link al formulario que deben completar quienes deseen ofrecer plazas en sus laboratorios. Nosotros (Román Martino y Ma. Elena Carrizo) somos los representantes del DQBRC en la comisión que coordina este programa, por lo que si tuvieran alguna consulta al respecto, no duden en contactarnos. Saludos, Román y Ma. Elena Estimada Comunidad de la FCQ: Recientemente, el HCD de nuestra Facultad aprobó el *Programa de Formación Científica para estudiantes de Grado (RHCD-2024-563-E-UNC-DEC#FCQ). * Este programa tiene la finalidad de promover las vocaciones y la exploración científica mediante la participación del estudiantado en proyectos de investigación y desarrollo tecnológico definidos por y ejecutados en los departamentos académicos y centros de la FCQ. Para ello, *se busca facilitar la articulación entre estudiantes e investigadores/as de la FCQ, manteniendo información actualizada sobre las plazas disponibles y sus respectivos/as tutores/as de investigación.* En este contexto, con la *comisión coordinadora de este programa hemos iniciado su implementación cuya* *primera etapa consiste en el relevamiento de plazas y tutores disponibles en los distintos departamentos y centros (CIME y CEQUIMAP) de la FCQ.* *INVITAMOS A todas las personas interesadas en participar en calidad de tutores y ofrecer una o más plazas a completar el formulario web cuyo link se encuentra abajo, en el cual se solicita información sobre la oferta de plaza/s y se debe adjuntar el aval departamental como establece el reglamento.* *LINK: *https://forms.gle/BDbPqxWfYgSBHk9j6 Algunas aclaraciones importantes: - el formulario permanecerá abierto todo el año, aunque se espera que las actividades se estructuren preferencialmente en cuatrimestres en consonancia con la actividad académica. - el listado de plazas será público a todos los estudiantes de la facultad quienes contactarán a tutores/as de su interés para acordar la incorporación - desde la coordinación del programa iremos marcando las plazas que se vayan ocupando - las certificaciones de la participación en el programa (tanto de estudiantes como de tutores) se realizarán 2 veces al año, por el tiempo que se hayan realizado. - en caso de tener estudiantes ya incorporados al laboratorio, NO es necesario publicar la plaza. Solamente se deberá solicitar el reconocimiento de la actividad en las fechas que correspondan. Estimada Comunidad del CIQUIBIC: Como se les informó oportunamente, la alarma vieja de la entrada ha dejado de funcionar y ahora estamos terminando de setear el sistema nuevo de alarmas, con teclados en la puerta de entrada de los 3 pisos del CIQUIBIC del lado de Ciencias 1. Por el momento, y hasta nuevo aviso, la alarma *se activa a las 22 h e inactiva a las 6 am durante los días de semana*, incluido el lunes feriado. Durante los fines de semana estará activada. Si algún grupo tiene programado venir durante el fin de semana, por favor que el jefe de grupo se contacte conmigo, dado que por el momento hay un solo código activado. Como todos los años habrá ajedrez, atletismo, básquet, bochas, fútbol, hockey (recreativo), handbal, natación en pileta, natación en aguas abiertas (condicional), ciclismo, paddle, tenis, tenis de mesa, vóley, maratón (caminata y carreras de 5k, 10k) y “Triatlón Criollo” La preinscripción para participar es a partir de este miércoles 18, hasta el 25 de setiembre, con dos opciones: 1) Un pago de 45.000 pesos 2) Cuotas: 16.000 (al preinscribirse), 18.000 (entre el 1 y el 7 de octubre) y 20.000 (a principios de noviembre) Quienes no opten ahora por alguna de estas dos posibilidades, tendrán una última oportunidad realizando un pago de 60.000 pesos, en octubre. Estimados/as miembros de RAICYT Luego del masivo acto en el Polo Científico el pasado 30 de agosto, acompañado de la entrega de un petitorio con casi 12.000 firmas del sector, queremos compartir con ustedes el cronograma de las próximas actividades planteadas, solicitándoles dar una amplia difusión a las mismas. 1) En los próximos días concentraremos nuestros esfuerzos en la convocatoria a la Marcha Universitaria, a realizarse el miércoles 2 de octubre (en breve indicaremos punto y horario de encuentro para quienes estén en CABA). Entendemos que la defensa de nuestras universidades y de nuestros recursos e instituciones científicas y tecnológicas es parte de una misma pelea. Comprometeremos nuestros mayores esfuerzos en esta convocatoria. 2) En la semana posterior a la marcha (fecha y horario a confirmar), realizaremos una mesa redonda sobre “Ciencia y desarrollo: consensos para el presente y el futuro" con diputados/as y senadores/as de todo el espectro político. Ya nos han confirmado su interés en participar los senadores nacionales Martín Lousteau (UCR) y Guadalupe Tagliaferri (PRO), junto a los diputados nacionales Daniel Gollán (UP, presidente de la comisión de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación Productiva del Congreso Nacional), Facundo Manes (UCR) y Margarita Stolbizer (Bloque Encuentro Federal). En los próximos días extenderemos la convocatoria a otros diputados y senadores. 3) El jueves 10 de octubre a las 17 h, convocamos a una reunión presencial/virtual de la red, en el edificio 0+infinito de la Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales, UBA a fin de definir las siguientes acciones. Nuevos calendarios disponibles, salas EN

Buenas, A la intranet del Departamento se le han incorporado las nuevas salas de reunión disponibles en el edificio nuevo <https://sites.google.com/view/intranet-ciquibic-dqbrc/equipos-y-salas/salas…>, cada una con su respectivo calendario de reserva. Estas salas son: 1. Auditorio (en el primer piso, disponibilidad 59 personas) 2. Salas de reunión del segundo piso (sala B, capacidad 2/4 personas- Sala A- aprox 6 personas) 3. Sala de reunión tercer piso, detrás de secretaria aprox 6 personas Al momento las salas de reunión de 2 y tercer piso no cuentan con sillas, por lo que de necesitar usarlas tenga en cuenta este hecho. Hay muchas compras, pero pocas mermas y hay algunas compras que ni siquiera son reportadas o me envían las facturas fuera del plazo que se solicita. El incumplimiento del informe de los usos puede llevar a la suspensión del CUFE (número de autorización y registro de la FCQ) que hará que no podamos comprar más químicos. Algo que ya pasó una vez, según me han informado. Por este motivo, lo primero que haremos es realizar el stock actual, tal como lo hicimos con la Dra. Contín el año pasado. Para ello, en la siguiente planilla que pongo en link, deberán anotar las cantidades de los reactivos que poseen actualmente en los laboratorios. LA SECyT NECESITA LOS DATOS PARA ESTA SEMANA. PLANILLA DE CONTROL DE STOCK - SEDRONAR - BIOLÓGICA <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1579mnjI5_BRQ5YEBftYS9tZ_AMBLDzZ9/ed…> Consideraciones: - Los laboratorios compartidos podrán colocar los reactivos en celdas combinadas o aclarar "idem lab 2/3..etc.". - La unidad de medida se indica en la última columna. - Sólo inventariar los reactivos del listado. - Si tienen diluciones, no deben contarse con el total. - No tener en cuenta lo que cada laboratorio tiene en el solventario, sólo lo que hay en los laboratorios y armarios de cada uno (dentro del edificio). - Si necesitan ayuda, me la solicitan.
