DE TRABAJO*

Universidad Nacional de Córdoba
El Practicanato Profesional (no laborable) representa para los estudiantes
una *instancia de formación* muy importante, ya que se focaliza en la
adquisición de habilidades que hacen al ejercicio profesional, por lo que
se prioriza el desarrollo de las prácticas en empresas o instituciones
vinculadas a la Biotecnología. Los estudiantes cuentan con un *seguro de
todo riesgo y vida*, otorgado por la FCQ.
Es por este motivo que convocamos a los interesados a presentar propuestas

Una vez recibidas y seleccionadas las *PROPUESTAS DE TRABAJO*
<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdRXwH3tnbyDqqT9081ZF9kO56kXmaDH6l…>presentadas
por las empresas o instituciones, se firma por única vez un *Convenio
de Práctica *entre la FCQ y la empresa o institución y el mismo
incluye un *Acuerdo
de Confidencialidad (NDA)* (acordado en el término de un mes aprox.). Luego
se llevarán adelante dos trayectos:
*Practicanato Preparatorio* (primer cuatrimestre - Máximo 100 h)
Consiste en la elaboración de *Plan de Trabajo*. En esta actividad
participa el *estudiante* seleccionado para realizar la Práctica, el
*Tutor *y *Co-Tutor *(si corresponde) de la empresa/institución y el
*Profesor* del Practicanato (FCQ).
Una vez elaborado el Plan de Trabajo, el estudiante lo presenta de forma
escrita y oral ante el Tribunal del Practicanato.
*Practicanato Profesional* (segundo cuatrimestre - máximo 500 h)
Consiste en el *Desarrollo de la Práctica* siguiendo el Plan de Trabajo
elaborado y aprobado anteriormente, *bajo supervisión del Tutor y Co-Tutor* (si
corresponde). Una vez finalizada la Práctica, el estudiante presenta un
Informe y expone mediante una Presentación los resultados de
la Práctica ante el Tribunal del Practicanato.
Quedamos a disposición por cualquier consulta que pueda surgir.

Estimados miembros de RAICYT
En el día de ayer (9 de enero) se publicó en el boletín oficial la
resolución 10/2025 de la Jefatura de Gabinete, donde se explicita la
necesidad de “llevar a cabo una evaluación exhaustivamente (sic) de la
totalidad de los programas creados por el ex MINISTERIO DE CIENCIA,
TECNOLOGÍA E INNOVACIÓN con el objeto de resolver, o no, su continuidad”.

Se delega esta función en la Secretaría de Innovación, Ciencia y Tecnología
a cargo del licenciado Darío Genua, a quien se busca otorgar la potestad de
dar de baja la mayoría de los convenios y programas vigentes. Es importante
destacar que todos los programas -incluyendo la construcción y mejora de
instalaciones de laboratorios e institutos de investigación y desarrollo,
la adquisición y renovación de equipamiento y proyectos estratégicos de
vinculación tecnológica con el sector público y privado- fueron suspendidos
durante 2024.
Esta resolución busca darle un marco de legitimidad al mayor ajuste que ha
sufrido el sistema científico y tecnológico nacional desde la recuperación
de la democracia en nuestro país, ajuste que ya provoca un éxodo masivo de
investigadores y la paralización y desarticulación de grupos de
investigación que ha costado décadas desarrollar.
Esta situación se suma a la de La Agencia I+D+i, cuyas autoridades son
responsables de no nombrar al Directorio requerido para su funcionamiento,
no ejecutar fondos correspondientes a diversas líneas de financiación,
incluyendo aquellos correspondientes al llamado PICT 2022, no concretar
nuevos llamados, desmantelando además los programas FONTAR y FONARSEC.
Mientras tanto, en el CONICET, no se concreta el alta de los ingresantes a
la carrera del investigador científico correspondientes a la convocatoria
2022, evaluados oportunamente.
En este escenario, la nueva resolución publicada en el día de ayer solo
puede ser entendida como el preludio de la profundización del ajuste.
Desde RAICyT denunciamos esta situación y alertamos sobre sus consecuencias
nefastas, al destruir la capacidad científica y tecnológica de Argentina.
Creemos imprescindible que las inversiones que hace el Estado sean
eficientes, por eso hacemos responsable a la Secretaría de Innovación,
Ciencia y Tecnología de la subejecución récord de su presupuesto, mientras
se paraliza el conjunto de las actividades científicas y tecnológicas. Esto
claramente no es eficiencia, es destrucción. Las decisiones de las
autoridades de la Secretaría han detenido el conjunto de actividades
científicas en todas las áreas del conocimiento.
No es hora de silencios ni especulaciones. Trabajamos para defender un
futuro para nuestro país ya que la evidencia internacional demuestra con
creces que, sin Ciencia y Tecnología, un país carece de futuro.

Con gran pesar, comunicamos el fallecimiento del Sr. Daniel Lopez, padre de
nuestro compañero y colega Pablo, el día 3 de enero del corriente.
Enviamos nuestras más sinceras condolencias en este momento difícil de
pérdida y despedida para Pablo y toda la familia Lopez Degano, y deseamos
que los restos del Sr. Daniel descansen en paz.
